Cancellation Policy
As part of our cancellation policy, if a client does not show up or call before 24 hrs prior to their appointment to cancel/reschedule, there will be a $50 charge and must be paid before scheduling next appointment (Current clients) (Weave/Box Braids are $100) and cancellation notice must be 48 hrs. All appointments scheduled online must pay at the time of booking.
Sorry, No refunds, you will get a credit. Keep in mind to cancel in the required timeframe to be able to get credit.
